Getting started
Installing the Conigma app for Slack. Add Conigma to your Slack workspace using the install link on our website. During installation, Slack will ask you to authorize the permissions Conigma needs. Review and approve them to complete setup.
Building automations with Slack. Once connected, you can create automations that act on Slack, for example posting or scheduling messages, managing channels, or adding reactions, and that run when a Slack event you choose occurs (such as the app being mentioned). You configure these in Conigma's workflow builder.
Common topics
- What Slack data Conigma uses. Conigma processes Slack events only to run the automations you set up, and reads the specific Slack data an automation needs at the moment it runs. It does not store a browsable copy of your messages and does not export or back up your Slack content. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we process and how long it's retained.
- Disconnecting or uninstalling. You can remove the Conigma app from your Slack workspace at any time from your workspace's app management settings in Slack. When you disconnect, the data stored for that integration is deleted automatically. See the retention details in our Privacy Policy.
- Billing and subscriptions. For questions about plans, invoices, or payments, email us at billing@conigma.com.
